This statement describes the checks completed and the review still needed. The website has not had an independent audit to establish WCAG 2.2 level AA conformance.
Initial statement for the current website. Update after an independent audit.
Completed checks
- Automated Chromium checks on Arabic and English pages at widths of 320, 390, 768, 1024 and 1440 pixels, including checks for horizontal overflow.
- Keyboard navigation, the skip link and visible focus. Menu checks cover focus containment, closing with Escape and returning focus to the menu button.
- Right-to-left layout on Arabic pages and links to the equivalent page in the other language.
- Form labels, required fields, associated error messages and focus on the error summary.
- Text, button and field-border contrast against their actual backgrounds.
- Reduced motion when the device setting is enabled.
Tests still needed
- Screen readers, including VoiceOver, NVDA and TalkBack.
- Safari, Firefox and physical phones and tablets.
- Browser zoom and text-spacing settings.
- An independent accessibility audit.
Current limitations
- Images are temporary references. A note identifies images that do not show the service. Text descriptions will be reviewed when final images are selected.
- The form needs JavaScript to check fields and is not connected to a sending service.
